The refurbishment of the historical Bishops Blackall School, now repurposed as student accommodation for Student Cribs. This distinctive three-story building, dating back to 1887 and nestled among low-rise apartments and period houses, has been given a new lease of life. Internally, the work encompassed the refurbishment of shower rooms and sanitary ware, the replacement of furniture and fittings, and the redecoration of 22 self-contained flats that provide a blend of modern living spaces within a character-rich structure. This revitalisation ensures that the building continues to serve the needs of university students, combining historical charm with contemporary comfort and functionality.
