This project comprised of two, two-storey extensions with mechanical plant on a flat roof, within the enclosed internal courtyards at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter. The two extensions provided six news offices to the first floor and the shell and infrastructure for six future retail spaces to the ground floor, ready for a later fit out.
