The Tavy Ward refurbishment works included the complete demolition and strip out of the old ward. Complete M&E fit out (inc vent, supply air, nurse call, alarms etc). BWIC with M&E and fire proofing, construction alterations, including new partitions, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, bespoke Wignalls furniture and IPS units including sanitaryware, worktops and shelving.
