Internal Alteration and Refurbishment works to provide new office accommodation with ancillary support spaces at Heavitree Hospital. The works were a complete strip out and refurbishment, including introducing new fire resistance upgrades, replacement doorsets, overhaul timber sash windows, new suspended ceilings and ceiling rafts, new partitions layouts, new WC’s, replacement floor coverings, complete redecoration and a completely new mechanical and electrical design including a new AHU, data and server and battery backup room, access control, and designed fire damper panels. The works also included some external repairs to the existing slate roof & lead rood and brick work repointing.
