Falcon House is Exeter College’s specialist construction learning centre. The project works comprised of the a new mezzanine teaching space built within the existing brick workshop area. Partial demolition and refurbishment of the existing cafeteria and the alterations to existing IT room and staff room. The works also included external refurbishment to Falcon House including new signage and landscaping.
