The project involved the demolition of the existing internal partitions, including the safe removal of the asbestos lining to the ceiling soffit. The creation of new office space, meeting, welfare and store rooms. Full refurbishment of detailed areas including new partitions, suspended ceilings, carpets and decoration. The job also included mechanical and electrical works and a new car parking area to accommodate 30 car spaces.
