Conversion of existing office building into a patient discharge area. Consisting of 3 offices which leads into an 18-bay seated area. Also included in the scheme are a nurse’s station with storage units, office and kitchen area and two separate toilet rooms. The project incorporates overhead radiant heaters and mechanical ventilation.
