As our first full design and build project, the expansion of Derriford Hospital’s endoscopy department involved constructing an additional clinical space and refurbishment of the existing structure, coupled with substantial mechanical and electrical upgrades.

Fire Safety Engineering: Addressing non-compliance with fire regulations was critical. We employed a fire engineer to test our solutions, ensuring all new methods were compliant and safe.
