First Floor Refurbishment Works – Pomona House, Torquay

Works comprised of the internal remodelling and alterations including erection of new solid partitions and folding partitions and sanitary accommodation together with plumbing, electrical and mechanical engineering installations within the existing first floor shell of Pomona House.

Careful consideration had to be made for the occupied Ground Floor, with special care taken for the control of dust and noise suppression, to avoid disruption to the NHS Renal Unit’s regular routines and services.
