The result was a high quality and efficient build within a very tight budget and programme. Due to the remote location of the proposed building there was approximately 600m of trenching works required to provide the building with the relevant services it required (foul & storm drainage, electric, gas and water). This trenching works was routed right through the main entrances of the active school environment, which involved well thought-out logistics and direct liaisons with the school to ensure the highest levels of safety for all persons within the surrounding areas.
